General Shipping Information
We ship all packages insured for the full retail value. The method of free shipping used is determined by the value of the item. All items must be shipped to the physical billing address listed on file with your credit card company. For exceptions to this rule, please see the instructions listed below under "alternate shipping address." All items are shipped complimentary by us. However, all orders are eligible for shipping upgrades. For pricing, please see the chart below. All packages require an adult signature in order to be delivered. All packages shipped ground to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS unless shipping has been upgraded per the customer's request. Please note that if you require us to re-route a FedEx package, you will incur a $15 fee.

Processing Time
Processing time varies from product to product. Every product page has an estimated "processing time" period noted under "delivery information." For example, if the product page says "Processing Time: 2-3 Days" then the processing time for that item is approximately 2-3 days. Then add the estimated transit time, which can vary from overnight to weeks, depending on where you are located. If you need to rush an order, please contact us. Shipments are fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.

U.S. Military Shipping
All packages shipped to U.S. military addresses (AP/AE/AA/FP) are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and will incur a shipping fee of $15. Transit time is approximately 2-4 weeks and may vary.

Canadian Shipping
All packages shipped to Canada are shipped via FedEx and will incur a shipping fee of $70 for FedEx Ground. All packages are fully insured. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of the country. However, please check with your local tax authority to determine what import taxes may apply, if any. We are not responsible for any and all import duties or taxes.

International Shipping
We will ship internationally to the United Kingdom and Australia for $115. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of the country. However, please check with your local tax authority to determine what import taxes may apply, if any. We are not responsible for any and all import duties or taxes. Please note: For international orders, we accept payment by bank wire only.

Alternate Shipping Address
We will gladly ship your package to an address other than your credit card billing address. For example, if your billing address is a P.O. Box or you want to keep the purchase a surprise, you may ship the package to an alternate address. However, for security reasons, this alternate shipping address must be listed on file with your credit card company as an authorized alternate shipping address. We will verify that both addresses are listed on file with your credit card company prior to shipment. Please make sure to list this alternate address with you credit card company soon after your purchase in order to not slow down the shipment date. If payment is by wire transfer, We will ship to most any address.

Saturday Delivery
We can always ship a package for Saturday delivery. There is a shipping fee of $25 for FedEx Saturday delivery. This is addition to either the $19.99 FedEx two-day shipping fee or the $39.99 FedEx overnight shipping fee. Please check with us or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to verify that Saturday delivery is available in your area.

Rush Orders
It's sometimes possible for us to rush an order, depending on the item. If you are on a tight schedule, please contact us to discuss your options. We frequently work with deadlines and understand that some purchases must be made on short notice.

Return Policy

We are proud to offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send any non-engraved, non-custom item back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns on jewelry items that have been worn. Please note that there is a restocking fee per item returned, and the original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned/exchanged items. Items less than $1,000 will incur a restocking fee of $15. Please follow these steps to complete your return. Please note: All engraved and/or custom jewelry cannot be accepted back as a return.

We prefer FedEx or UPS with a signature required upon delivery. If you choose to use the post office, please insure the package and send it via registered mail with signature required upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments.

Once the package arrives, we will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the item(s). A credit will be made within 2-3 business days. The credit will be made using the method of payment for the original order.

Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you purchase any regular stock item and need to exchange for a new item or a different size, please follow these steps to complete your exchange. Please note: All engraved and/or custom jewelry can not be accepted back as an exchange.
